Return & Refund Policy

At Delibre, every piece is selected with intention to offer a refined, confident, and elevated shopping experience. We want you to feel good about your order, and we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Free from stains, scents, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Store Credit

Delibre does not offer direct refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit can be used toward a future purchase on our website and allows you to choose another piece that better suits your style, size, or preference.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items may be considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sports bras
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimate or close-contact items
  • Accessories
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased with promotional codes

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges, as availability may vary. The best option is to return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order for the item or size you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you to make it right.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
