Shipping Policy
At Delibre, we want your shopping experience to feel smooth, reliable, and elevated from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, promotions, or product restocks.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered, and the shipping carrier.
Most orders are delivered within approximately 6–13 business days after processing. However, delivery times may be longer due to customs delays, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and available shipping options.
Free shipping may be available on orders over $75, before taxes and after discounts, where applicable. Orders below the free shipping threshold may be subject to a delivery fee.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched, as carrier systems may take time to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Delibre is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
Delibre is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for more information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, depending on product availability or fulfillment location. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. No additional action is required from you.
